Well, the time has come. It’s the end of an era – today was my last day at Jagex! I’ve been there so long it’s going to be very strange not being in the games industry. Tomorrow I move to Norwich and there are no studios there as far as I know.
I’m both excited and scared about the move. So many big changes all at once. I’ve left a job and I don’t have a new one to go to, I’m moving to a different city, and I’m moving in with my partner.
I’ve mostly packed everything, so tomorrow will consist of several trips back and forth, taking all my belongings (and I have far too many of them, despite throwing some away) to Norfolk. Tom will be here soon to do all the driving, and most of the lifting too :-), so I better make him some dinner.
